第2站: 九龍公園

DESTINATION 2:  Kowloon Park

今次第２站，我地會帶大家去隱藏係油尖旺石屎森林裏面既秘密花園－－－九龍公園。

The 2nd destination is Kowloon Park which is hidden in concrete jungle.

九龍公園位於香港九龍尖沙咀，前身是威菲路軍營，軍營於1967年正式關閉，並且移交予市政局發展為文娛康樂用途，遂於1970年開闢原來地址為公園，是九龍區第二大的公園（僅次於摩士公園），佔地13.47公頃，由康樂及文化事務署管理。

Kowloon Park is a large public park in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong. It has an area of 13.3 hectares (33 acres) and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

係林蔭徑既左邊，有一個荷花池，荷花池度有個噴泉。

On the left of Woodland Walk, there is Lily pond. Also, fountain can be found there.

旁邊有啲椅子比人休息，仲有免費wifi  提供。

Some benches are provided for people to take a rest. People can use FREE Wifi too.

再向前行仲有麥當勞添

There is a Mcdonald too.

跟住就去到鳥湖，包括兩個池塘－大型紅鸛池塘和較小的水禽池塘，合共飼養了 18 個不同品種的 200 多隻雀鳥。鳥湖現已成功繁殖了黑頸天鵝、大紅鸛、赤咀潛鴨、粉嘴潛鴨和鴛鴦等雀鳥。

Next, we would go to Bird Lake. The Bird Lake is comprised of a large Flamingo pond and a small waterfowl pond. Both are landscaped and support a total of over 200 birds of around 18 different species, among which the main attraction is the flamingos. The Bird Lake is famous for its outstanding breeding success with Black-necked Swan, Greater Flamingo, Red-crested Pochard, Rosy-billed Pochard and Mandarin Duck, etc.

之後就係百鳥苑，設有七個遍植花木的籠舍，飼養了29個品種合共100多隻雀鳥，包括藍黃麥鳥鷎、紅綠麥鳥鷎及維多利亞鳳冠鳩及尼柯巴鳩等。近年，百鳥苑成功繁殖了紅翅折衷鸚鵡、尼柯巴鳩和維多利亞鳳冠鳩等。

Then, we would go to The Aviary. It is comprised of seven planted enclosures which accommodate over 100 birds of 29 species, including Blue & Yellow Macaw, Green-winged Macaw, Victoria Crowned Pigeon, Nicobar Pigeon and others. The Aviary is famous for its outstanding breeding success with Red-sided Eclectus Parrot, Nicobar Pigeon and Victoria Crowned Pigeon, etc.

九龍公園內仲有九龍公園游泳池There is a Kowloon Park Swimming Pool.

經過廣場，我地就黎到藝趣坊，依度有60年代-千禧年代既香港漫畫人物雕像。

We walked through the Piazza and arrived the Arts Fun Fair Stalls. It features 24 figurines of local comic characters and 10 bronze handprints of local comic artists along a 100-metre path.
